Danny is a role player, facilitator and writer. He is very interested in inclusion and diversity and have written programmes in this area.
He is an experienced leadership facilitator. He believes passionately that the best leaders create an environment where they enable the people they lead to be at their best by bringing their authentic self to the workplace. Showing vulnerability, adapting their leadership style appropriately, as with the situational leadership model and trying to create an inclusive environment.
He worked in both the Public and Private sector. With the Police, lawyers and in the health service with Doctors, Nurses and Midwifery.
